What counts as a call?
Each successful tool call through a standard connector counts once toward that connector's 30-day allowance. The remote MCP directory does not count toward your workspace plan pool. Failed calls never count.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, any time from Plan & billing. Each connector plan renews monthly on the date you added it. Upgrades start straight away, with the price difference charged for the days left until that date. Downgrades and cancellations take effect on the billing date, so you keep what you paid for and nothing is refunded. A Team covers every connector. If you start a Team plan, your connector plans end and the days you had left come off your first Team bill. If you join someone else's Team, your connector plans stop renewing and run until their billing date.
