Apptivo is a cloud-based CRM for sales, marketing, and support. Manage contacts, customers, leads, opportunities, and cases.

Data Model

  • Cases are support tickets. Contacts are people. Customers are organizations.
  • Leads are prospects. Opportunities are deals. All listable with limit/offset.
  • Relationships: Contacts link to customers; opportunities link to contacts/customers.

Gotchas

  • Pagination: List tools support limit/offset. Use for large datasets.
