Ashby is an ATS: applications, candidates, jobs, offers. Departments, locations, sources are reference data.

Data Model

• Applications link candidates to jobs. Candidates are applicants. Jobs and Job postings define openings.
• Offers are extended offers. Departments and Locations are org structure. Sources track where candidates came from.
• Reference: Archive reasons, candidate tags, custom fields. Feedback form definitions, interview schedules, users.
• Pagination: All list endpoints return paginated results. Use limit/offset for large datasets.
