Data Model

  • People (survey recipients; email, properties), Survey Responses (NPS 0–10, comments, person_id), Bounces (email delivery failures), Unsubscribes (opted-out contacts).

Gotchas

  • Survey Responses: Filter by created_at for time ranges. Contains NPS score, comment, person_id.
