SavvyCal

SavvyCal organizes scheduling around Scheduling Links (booking pages) and Events (booked meetings). Links overlay availability from connected calendars.

Data Model

  • Scheduling Links — shareable booking pages; define availability and meeting types.
  • Events — booked meetings; link to scheduling links.
  • Timezones — supported time zones for scheduling.

Gotchas

  • Calendar sync: Availability comes from connected calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.). Ensure calendars are connected before creating links.
