Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) organizes email marketing around Contacts, Lists, Campaigns, and Templates. SMS and automation are available.

Data Model

• Contacts — contacts in lists; have attributes and tags.
• Lists — contact lists for segmentation.
• Campaigns — email campaigns; have status and stats.
• Templates — reusable email templates with variables.

Gotchas

• List IDs: Many operations require list_id. List contacts first to obtain list IDs.
• Branding: Brevo rebranded from Sendinblue; API and docs may still reference the old name.
